• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

We offer nationwide shipping within the U.S. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days)
• Available at checkout for an additional charge.
Local Pickup (If Available)
For customers near Abilene Texas, we may offer local pickup options. If available, you’ll see this option at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Purely Wick is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but missing. If this happens, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
• Delayed Shipments: Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist if you experience unusual delays.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
Address Errors & Returns to Sender
• Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
